Community First Partnership (CFP) in Newburyport and Amesbury

MassEnergize is excited to announce that it is one of 58 communities selected to participate in the 2025-2027 Mass Save Community First Partnership. We are working with local Mass Save Sponsor, National Grid, and bringing the CFP program to the cities of Newburyport and Amesbury. Through this initiative, we aim to increase participation in Mass Save energy efficiency solutions among renters, landlords, non-English speaking customers, low- and moderate-income households, and small businesses.

The Home Works Energy Advantage

Home Works Energy, the recommended Mass Save contractor for this program, will be providing comprehensive home performance assessments and implementing approved energy-saving upgrades.

Participant Benefits

Participants in the CFP program will receive a no-cost Mass Save Energy Assessment to identify opportunities for improvements, such as insulation upgrades and heat pump installations. Through this partnership, the Mass Save Sponsors offer up to 100% off the cost of certain approved upgrades. Participants will also receive a variety of no-cost energy- and water-saving products.
