This Annual Action Update (AAU) Playbook serves as a toolkit starter for an annual re-engagement campaign. The goal of this handbook is to help you, the community admin, to engage members of your organization and encourage them to check in all of their action progress done in the course of a year. The Annual Action Update was developed to try to solve a common problem among all MassEnergize communities: how to re-engage people who have already joined your community, and have created a profile, but don't seem to be coming back to mark actions as complete or track their individual/team progress.
